Recover your licence key

Bought a Levelbrook tool and lost the key? Enter the email address you used at checkout and we will send your keys to it again.

This form works without JavaScript. We do not confirm whether an address has licences on file — that would tell anyone who asks whether you are a customer. If nothing arrives, it is probably a different address.

Stuck? Email team@levelbrook.com with your Stripe receipt and we will send your keys by hand.

How activation works

  1. You buy through Stripe. Stripe emails you a receipt, and the licensing service emails you a licence key.
  2. In VS Code, run the extension's Enter Pro License Key command and paste it in. That is the one and only time the extension contacts a server.
  3. The service returns an Ed25519-signed entitlement token, which is stored in your editor's secret storage and verified offline from then on.

Because verification is offline, Pro keeps working with no network, behind a corporate proxy, on a plane — and it would keep working if this company disappeared.

Common problems

“My key was rejected as invalid”

Keys are per product. A Timeslice key does not activate Sendpad. Check you are pasting it into the right extension, with no trailing whitespace.

“I bought it but never got an email”

Check spam, then use the form above with the exact address you used at checkout. If that finds nothing, email team@levelbrook.com with the Stripe receipt and we will fix it by hand.

“I have a new machine”

A lifetime licence covers every machine you personally use. Recover the key and activate again.

“I want a refund”

Email team@levelbrook.com with your receipt. There is no form and no retention flow.

“Can I recover keys without this website?”

Yes. Email team@levelbrook.com and a human will answer. Recovery is a convenience, not a gate.
